The difficulty lies in the limited working space between the inner and outer tanks where the elastic felt is installed. Tank wall cooling generally includes the installation of tank wall elastic felt, tank wall and ceiling expansion joint installation, expansion perlite retaining wall installation.

  And the tank wall is limited space to keep cold, than the construction of building or air pipe insulation is more difficult. Combined with the height of the tank required by the design, the wall of the tank is bonded to the cold nail. When installing the elastic felt, the electric hanging basket is used to move up and down. It is difficult, risky and inefficient to move up and down in a 0.6m wide narrow space. Therefore, HSE management must be strictly implemented in the construction process to ensure safe construction.


  Before the tank wall is refrigerated, the restricted working space between the inner and outer tanks must be 0.6m wide; otherwise, the moving space of the electric hanging basket up and down is not enough to move the hanging basket, and the normal installation of the elastic felt cannot be guaranteed, which will affect the construction period and cause delay or poor installation effect.
