Uetersen 2-hour refractory rock wool board is specially designed for various curtain wall systems. It has the characteristics of higher refractory temperature, higher melting point, longer fireproof aging and smaller high temperature line shrinkage.
Curtain walls are composed of panels and supporting structural systems, and are widely used in various commercial and public buildings. It has the functions of light weight, convenient installation, wind resistance and rain resistance. However, since the curtain wall has a cavity structure and the thermal resistance of the main structural material is small, fire safety and thermal insulation and energy saving are particularly important. Uetersen curtain wall fireproof rock wool board is not only used for fire prevention and smoke barrier between curtain wall and floor or between curtain wall and partition wall. It can also be used for fire blocking of other building gaps including gaps around pipes passing through walls or floors.
